Cancellation and refunds
- More than 24 h before departure: full refund.
- 24–2 h: 30% fee, balance refunded.
- Less than 2 h: 50% fee.
- No-show or after departure: no refund, unless we cancel or delay the trip.
Times are Kyiv time. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 5 business days. Mandatory fees, taxes and tolls are itemised before payment and refunded if the service is not provided; tolls or parking already incurred are non-refundable.
Waiting and no-show
For door-to-door trips the driver waits 10 minutes free; then UAH 150 per started 30 minutes, capped at the fare. No-show after 15 minutes: no refund. Fees are shown before payment.
Changes
One date/time change is free over 24 h before departure. Later changes depend on availability and fare difference; under 2 h they count as cancellation. If we cancel, choose a full refund or free rebooking. If delay exceeds 60 minutes and you do not travel, the fare is fully refunded.
