Every rate we send is a fixed private transfer price for the route you entered. Dispatch reviews driver and vehicle availability, then confirms the pickup time in writing.

Waiting terms

City pickup
15 minutes free after the scheduled time.
Airport or station
45 minutes from actual arrival, tracked live.
Extended wait
Charged per started hour at the rate in your confirmation.
Border crossing
Passport control time is not billed as waiting.

From request to confirmed booking

    You send route, date, time and passenger count through the transfer request form.

    Dispatch checks the corridor and replies with a firm price, vehicle class and driver details.

  3. 03

    You approve in writing. Only then is the trip scheduled and the driver committed.

A submitted form is a request, not a booking. Nothing is charged until dispatch confirms availability and you accept the quote.

mindfgulnesseverpday.com is an independent LLC registered in Ukraine. We are not an airline, a rail operator, or a state carrier. We arrange private transportation between Ukrainian cities with professional drivers, scheduled pickups, and a vehicle class you choose before the trip.

A submitted request is still a request. Availability, the final price, and the exact pickup time are confirmed by dispatch once the route and vehicle are checked. Nothing on this site reserves a car on its own.
