2. A request is not a booking
Every request sent through the site or by phone is an enquiry only. A contract arises only when we accept it in writing and state the vehicle, driver, route, time and price. Until then, availability and prices may change and no party is bound.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are indicative until confirmed on acceptance. Tolls, parking, waiting time and extra stops are disclosed before acceptance. Statements on this site are accurate and not misleading, in line with Закон України «Про рекламу» № 270/96-ВР від 03.07.1996.
4. Your obligations
- Give accurate booking and contact details.
- Be ready at the agreed pickup point and time.
- Follow driver, safety and legal instructions.
- Do not misuse, scrape or disrupt the site.
5. Cancellation and liability
You may cancel free of charge until the time stated in your confirmation; later cancellation may incur the disclosed fee. We are liable for direct damage caused by our fault, not for delays caused by traffic, weather, third parties or force majeure. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
